- Identity & contact details — your name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number.
- Registration details you submit when signing up for a webinar or class.
- Payment information — when you pay, your transaction is processed by our payment partner Razorpay. We do not collect or store your full card, bank, or UPI credentials; we may receive limited confirmation data such as transaction ID, amount, and payment status.
- Any messages or content you send us via email, Instagram, WhatsApp, or other channels.

- Device and usage data — IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and referring URLs.
- Cookies and similar technologies, including advertising and analytics pixels (see Section 4).
3. How we use your information
- To deliver, schedule, and administer the webinars and classes you register for.
- To process payments and send confirmations and joining details (e.g. WhatsApp group invite).
- To communicate with you about sessions, updates, and support requests.

4. Cookies, Meta Pixel & analytics
We use cookies and tracking technologies to operate the site and measure our marketing. In particular, we use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to understand how visitors interact with our site and to measure and improve our advertisements on Meta platforms. This may involve Meta receiving certain data about your visit (such as pages viewed and actions taken).

- Hosting & infrastructure — our website is hosted on Vercel, and we use Google Fonts to render the site.
- Legal & regulatory authorities — where required by applicable law.

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When data is no longer required, we delete or anonymise it.
