Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, webinars, classes, content, and related services (collectively, the "Services") offered by Atharva Bhosale, operating as "talks with tech lead" ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing our website, registering for, paying for, or participating in any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. The Services
We provide educational webinars, classes, and learning content focused on AI-assisted programming, including the use of AI tools such as Claude AI. The Services are intended for learning and informational purposes. Session formats, schedules, content, and pricing may change at our discretion.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to make a payment or enter into these Terms. If you are under 18, you may register and participate only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf.
3. Registration
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when you register, and to keep it updated. You are responsible for any joining links, group invitations, or access credentials we share with you and must not share them with others.
4. Fees, payments & taxes
Fees for the Services are stated at the point of registration and are payable in Indian Rupees (INR). Payments are processed securely through our payment partner, Razorpay. By making a payment, you agree to Razorpay's terms and to provide valid payment details. Applicable taxes may be added as required by law.
5. Refund & cancellation policy
All payments are final. Any amount paid for our Services is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Once a payment is made for any webinar, class, or other Service, no refund will be issued under any circumstances — including, without limitation, non-attendance, partial attendance, change of mind, dissatisfaction, or inability to attend a session for which you registered. By completing a payment, you expressly acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.
In the rare event that we cancel a scheduled session entirely, we may, at our sole discretion, offer you access to a rescheduled session or a recording in lieu of a refund. If you are charged more than once for the same registration due to a genuine technical or duplicate-transaction error, please contact us at atharva2002b@gmail.com and we will work with the payment provider to reverse the erroneous charge.
6. Schedule changes
We may reschedule, postpone, or modify the timing or format of a session where reasonably necessary. We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered participants of any such changes via the contact details or group you have joined.
7. Intellectual property & recordings
All content provided through the Services — including presentations, materials, code samples, and any recordings — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. It is provided for your personal, non-commercial learning use only. You may not record, copy, reproduce, redistribute, resell, or publicly share any session or material without our prior written consent.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- disrupt or interfere with sessions or other participants;
- share access links, invitations, or paid content with non-registered persons;
- use the Services for any unlawful purpose; or
- misuse, copy, or commercialise our content in violation of these Terms.
We may remove or suspend access for any participant who breaches these Terms.
9. Disclaimers
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis for educational purposes. While we strive to provide high-quality, practical content, we make no guarantee of any specific result, outcome, certification, job, income, or skill level arising from participation.
AI tools discussed or used in the Services (including Claude AI) are provided by independent third parties and are subject to their own terms and limitations. "talks with tech lead" is an independent educational initiative and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic, Meta, Razorpay, or any other third party whose products or platforms may be referenced.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount you actually paid to us for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Services or our content.
12. Third-party services
The Services rely on third-party platforms and tools (such as Razorpay, WhatsApp, Instagram, Meta, and AI providers). Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or conduct.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for breach of these Terms or for conduct we reasonably consider harmful to us or other participants. Sections relating to payments, intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability survive termination.
14. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at [City, State], India.
